What are some good Unix shells I can find on the Net? I've done a lot of searching, but most have a somewhat complicated signup process, want money, or have a limited command set.

I want something that I can Telnet to, is easy to use, at least 2MB quota, has a good editor, and allows net access, maybe IRC.

What do you guys use or recommend?
