| Hi fellas.
I've been on IT field for a few years and i think it's time to move onto Linux. I know a basic knowledge and commands, but a job offer i recieved a few days ago make me think that i must take a Linux Cert. very soon.
I've heard about CompTIA Linux+ and HP Linux Cert....what's the most valuable cert. for Linux at this time? I must say i'm already A+, CST and MCP, so the difficulty level is not a problem for me. In fact, i want to learn the more i can....
Thanks, | |

Hi Mr Linux!
Thanks for your reply. But aside complexity or difficulty, what's the most valuable....the most recognized at this moment here at USA, ¿the RHCE?!.
And what can you tell me, please, about HP-UX?...Thanks again,

| RHCE is the most difficult and the most resepcted UNIX/Linux cert, and thus the most valuable. HP-UX is quite a difficult test that covers only Hewlett Packard's SysV version of UNIX. Unlike RHCE, however, few people have heard of it and it is not a "hands-on" exam. | |

| Thanks for reply...
And do you know what's the RHCE URL?...would like to see exam topics. And what book or Study Guide do you recommend for it?
