| You could go to amazon.com
and do a search for that book
and read the reviews.
You can also just put Linux+ in a search
at amazon.com to list all current titles
to read the reviews of the other Linux+ books.

Linux+ (TM)Certification Study Guide

LPI Linux Certification in a Nutshell

Those are the same two books I am using. Not so much the second book; that's more like a reference that I keep at the side.
It's hard to say how good a book is until after I take the actual exam, ya know? I'm also using the examcram book. | |

| I used the Trevor Kay Linux+ Bible
when I was studying for the Linux+ exam.
I passed no problem (this was back when Linux+ just came out)it was a very straight forward study guide.
Just study study study
and it always helps to get your hands on some good practice exams (like from this site).
Then make sure you understand why the correct answer it correct and why the other answers are wrong.
Good Luck

| Thanks guys for your comments and suggestions.
I've already spent money on those 2 books I listed, a while ago from fatbrain.com and cant be returned.
I think I will rely on them plus "Linux in a Nutshell" , other linux guides and of course my experience and gut.
Next time I'll consult the forum members before I purchase materials and spend my hard earned cash |
