| First of all You cannot use windows boot sequence for booting linux. cause windows don't support linux.so it's not important that you install windows first or after linux.
What you would need is LILo,which is a linux bootup utility if you have Win ANd Linux.Remember ,you can have different win os with linux.
Lilo comes with linux installation files
