I just installed IceWM. I have 64MB of RAM on my Linux box and KDE 3.0 is slooooooooooow. IceWM is so much less resource intensive. I haven't created any menus or icons yet so I just use the xterm window within Ice Window Manager to call up any programs that have to be run in X.

Mostly KDE but I also use Gnome, Blackbox and Enlightment sometimes. Nothing beats the console for getting work done though

fvwm is the Wm of choice for me. Sometimes KDE. Mostly I stick to the CLI though.
