Hello,

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I passed the Linux+ exam today with a score of 815 out of 900 points. I used the following study materials:

1. Linux+ Study Guide
(Sybex)

2. Linux+ Certification Bible
(Hungry Minds)

3. Linux+ Exam Cram
(Coriolis)

4. Linux+ Cramsession
(http://www.cramsession.com/)

5. Transcender Linux+ Practice Exam
(http://www.transcender.com/)

6. MOST IMPORTANT RESOURCE - Over 2 years experience building Linux Servers for Customers! A Home Network of 2 to 3 Linux Servers of various distributions would be helpful for this exam, but not necessary.

Well that about covers it. In case you hadn't noticed, I tend to OVERstudy for my exams. No matter how much experience I have, I still like to treat every exam as if it were my first. The exam was a lot easier than I expected. The questions were fair, well worded and sometimes obvious. Just like any other exam, if you study hard and take your time answering the questions, you'll pass this one no problem! Good luck to everyone studying for Linux+!!! Next is CCDA!

Great job! I am getting an inferiority complex here . . . everyone else is outscoring my measly little 800/900!
