With a dead line to give Linux+ exam no time to read more than the Sybex book what are the chances of clearing the exam? How do you rate the book?

Good, if you can remember your A+ Core material. A quick review of that would be in order, especially stuff like SCSI and disks in general. Other than that, the Sybex test should take care of it for you. The book was very good, but did not cover the hardware objectives, which are about 1/4 of the exam.

BTW, get a copy of Linux and try everything that is in the Sybex book. This will help a great deal if you haven't alreadyused Linux much before.

This should help also. http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/...RHL-8.0-Manual/. The customization guide is excellent.
