well, I have redhat 8 running as a server, dns, dhcp,samba.
sience install no reboot. not even to add a harddrive.

blue curve is very nice, I am agree that redhat 8 is the prototipe for a future interprice desktop, ( but should not take the microsoft window$ model desktop and comapare wiht linux, it just not the same.)

Would it be a significan gain for me to upgrade from RH 7.2 to RH 8.0?

having a new installer and new gui isn't exactly gonna help when most test I assume would test you on fdisk and other commands etc... but some ppl (me included) like to peek at new gui
