I am planning to appear for LPI certifaction Level 1 , so any suggesions from you my friends ,how do i do my preparation for exams.

Try to get a good bit of hands-on experience with a Linux distro. Get a study guide that id designed for the particular distro that you are using and go through the whole thing. Then try a few practice exams and re-check the objectives at the LPI site. How much Linux do you know so far?
