Are the Main 3 It?

| I've been playing around with the Linux and BSD variants, and have recently started with Solaris as well. These three seem to dominate the other Unix variants in terms of use, and I'm impressed by all of them. Are any of the other Unix flavors (HP, IBM, SCO...) worth trying, or is it best to focus on these three? The only other variant that I hear much about is HP. | |

| I have heard of SCO and HP-UX, but most of the focus does seem to be, as you stated, on BSD, Solaris and Linux. I plan on trying out Solaris soon, then trying SCO. I hear they have a few certs out as well. |
