| passed Linux+ today, to be honest i didnt really "study" much for it, i glanced over the cramsession, decided to take it 2 days ago, and took it today, very short questions, like all of the other Comptia exams, was fun to take, like seeing a linux test. i had a lot of like a+ type questions, a good bit, some questions about Cron, jus general linux knowledge kinda questions, some vague/strangely worded questions, at least to me, but i think comptia is known for this .. overall it wasnt a tough test, but i think it does what it aims at, certifies people as "junior linux admins", its 95 questions, i think you have well more than enough time to complete the test (as with any comptia test) .. well just letting anyone know who is interested in it, i think it was worth it..
Also, im thinking about taking the first of the Sair tests, the Installation and Configuration exam, how prepared must i be for this test? i did well on Sair's own , and i passed the linux+, well just a question to anyone who has taken it, thanx in advance ..

| ya i have linux experience, i use linux normally, no admin or work experience with it really though, but i use linux every day ..

| i havent taken the LPI, or really looked over the curriculum .. but i have taken a couple practice tests for it, like at cert21, and read a little about it, looks like the lpi will definitely be "harder" or at least more indepth than the linux+, but i still think the linux+ is well worth it ..
