I have a distribution of Caldera Linux and I want to put that on the same machine with my Windows ME OS. Does anybody here have any experience with using Linux on a machine with Windows? I am completely new to Linux and would appreciate any suggestions.

easy dude. install linux first, make a boot floppy. install win9X, nt whatever. boot from floppy , edit lilo. make sure you partition ahead of time if you use this method. if you need to resize, use partition magic or somthin lika thata!

Thanks dude. I have Windows ME installed on my PC now, so I think I'l need to get Partition Magic 6.0 since it's the only version that can deal with WinME. Thanks for the advice, though.
