| Sure, sys and system get locked. If that is the case, how would you ever get to a privileged user logon account? Hello?? | |

| After installation SYS and SYSTEM are NOT locked, but you are forced to define passwords during installation and they have to be different to manager and change_on_install.
All other accounts (Scott, HR ...) are locked. |
