2 which naming method simplify administration task?

hi taif,

service names can be added to a region db by entering service name, host name and port manually or by loading them from an existing tnsnames.ora file.

question 2: IMHO host naming - you don't even need to configure tnsnames.ora on client side - tcp/ip and dns are the only requirements in your network.
