This concerns my thread below which you closed.

Regarding the NDA... it talks about EXPLICIT information.

Saying certain topics were covered and not covered are not explicit.

Based on your definition, the outline Oracle gives for the exam on their website would violate thir own NDA.

Sorry, I just felt you were more than a bit capricious and arbitrary there.

As for my spelling... take a look around.

And, if you want to get really down to it, for this site, which pushes brain dumps, including many where the actual exam questions are given, to worry about my giving generalities is quite ironic at best.

I'll now return to my Hornbook on Constitutional Law by Nowak and Rotunda. Yes, I am also a law student.

Being a law student, I would have thought you would have had a higher degree of intelligence.

Regardless of my impetuous or spontaneous manner, you should respect the NDA and leave brain dumps off threads in this forum.

The revenue generated for this site is the sole responsibility of one man. How he funds the site is his business; as a moderator, I neither get paid nor receive contributions for my efforts so I censor for the majority, not the individual.

Not to observant either, are you? Either that or a puerile attempt at humour.

Heaven help the legal profession if you are one of the rising stars.
