but there is one more question. where can I find these EE or STS. are the available on the net or I have to get it from vendors

you can buy STS from www.selftestsoftware.com

they are not cheap but really good.

I agree. The Selftest is very good and helpful in the test preparation. you can get it cheaper if you register at the "Animated learning" web site,which is also very usefull for test preparation.
