Author trouble with [raise_appplication_error] in procedure builder

Hi all,

When i use the [raise_application_error] from inside a subprogram (a stored proc.) in Procedure Builder, the compiler shows an error. But when i compile the same source code with SQL *PLUS, it compiles and works well.

Can anyone please explain the reason for this?
