| Please can someone help. I have paid $3000
to Gurusoft Consultants Inc based in Toronto Canada for Oracle Application developer course which consist of 100 lessons and each lesson cost $10 and I paid for all the 100 lessons since last September 2001 and I have take 90 lesson and since two months now they stop activating the lesons, since I have to loggin to their site to do the lessons and telnet there system for the practices and exercises, but all of sudden they stop activating the lessons and now they have removed the site of the lessons totally and worst of all there is no word/s from them. I want to report them, but don't know where to do so. Can I sue them and how.

Contact them using the contact2.html form, and ask for a refund. If they ignore you, try again (5 or 6 times).
Worst case - go to your bank and start a credit card charge-back, then file a complaint at www.bbb.org

| Thanks for your answer to my call for help. This really helped. They have responded by activating two lessons, but has not put back the previous lessons which I have access right because I have paid for them. I have layout my complaints in the complaints form and expect to hear from they.
