Hi, I installed Oracle 8i Personal Ed. and did some work (create tables, users, etc) long time ago. Now, I want to go back and start fresh but the problem is everything seems to mixed up, e.g., SYSTEM/MANAGER no longer works. I want to start it fresh like I just install the program but I don't want to remove and reinstall it. What should I do? You help is really appreciated. Thank you!

Hi cityguy,

just drop and recreate the database with the Database Configuration Assistant (Start/Oracle/Database Administration)
