I guess you can only get the ILT when you
take the course with Oracle.

I am interested in the ILTs for the OCP Developer track. Can someone direct me where to buy the ILT (say softcopy)?

I think the only way to get ILTs is through an Oracle authorized course (by New Horizons for example) or maybe a used copy on ebay or somewhere....good luck
