Just cleared the SQL & PL/SQL exam and am moving onto the others.

I have Oracle 8i Personal Edition installed on ME.
Wanted to know if Oracle 8i PE would suffice for Adminstration, Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning and Networking for practice.

If not - how could I get Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition installed on ME.

personal edition should be fine to be honest.

I've just passed the Architecture and Administration exam and it was fine for that.

Its just goof to be able to look through the file architecture for that exam and try a few things out (listing dynamic performance views and stuff).

I'm currently working on backup and recovery and that it seems to be fine for that too as it will let you corupt your DB and perform recovery in loads of ways.

I'd also advise studying hard for the Architecture and Administration exam as having a very good knowledge of it will make backup and recovery all the more easy.

Good luck mate.
