1Z0-001 + 1Z0-031 can get Oracle 9i OCA or not?

| I'm very confuse about Oracle 9i OCA...
1. I'd like to get Oracle 9i OCA, Can I get OCA by take exam 1z0-001 and 1z0-031 instead of 1z0-007 and 1z0-031?
2. I hear the rumer that if one wants to get Oracle 9i OCA or OCP that one must take course from Oracle, is it true?
3.Finally, Can i regist at Prometric testing center for exam 1z0-001,1z0-007,1z0-031?

I know its very confusing.
But this requirement is for OCPs -
so OCA you can get without university course.
Best thing to do is to call to Oracle directly and ask --> find their number in www.oracle.com/education/certification | |

| Hi,
1.You can get your OCA with either 1z0-001 or 1Z0-007 and the 1Z0-031.
2.You must take an Oracle course to gain your OCP status.
3.Yes, you can register with prometric to take any of the Oracle exams. I believe this is the only testing center you can take the exams at. There website is www.2test.com
