can somebody hels me to give more information about ILT, and form where I can get them.

Hi Friend
ILT means Instructor Led Training materilas
When you go to a course You can get those materials. Or you can ask from a friend
for those materials

Right, ILT is really good for learning Oracle. Compare to the rest of the books from sybex and Oracle Press. Their's briefly let you know abt Oracle.

By using ILT, there's lab which you can practise on. So, tat you will have a clear pictures, what are you doing....
