Just missed passing the 007 SQL exam by 4 q's. I did manage to 'remember' some 20% of the questions in the exam. If anyone else is planning to take the 9i SQl exam, let me know. I've got a few 'pointers' for you.

.. and wish you the very best for your next exam!

I'm very interested in getting more details about this exam.

Did you have SQL experience before? Or was it your first "try" with Oracle?

Thanks Spud,
When I took my first MCSD exam I missed that one by 1.7 %, then did a 900 on the retake. It doesn't bother me to miss by 4 !@#$%* questions as much as it does I have to wait a month to do the retake.

As far as SQL experience, I've got plenty. I was doing an oracle conversion from Peoplesoft to Oracle Financials. I was doing ad hoc queries 9 hours a day. I guess between that & reading the Oracle press book 3+ times wasn't quite enough.

Well, the 30 day wait will give me plenty of time to regroup & refine my strategy.
