Dear all

I am new to Oracle can I proceed to PL/SQL exam guide and take the exam after study this exam guide without any experience in Oracle

You can, but it won't be easy. I suggest at least installing Oracle Personal Edition (if not the full version) and using it to practice. It's free from www.oracle.com

I passed 1Z0-001 before getting my Oracle installed. The Program Units exam (2nd exam in Developer track) really requires some hands on to pass, although using my own server seems to be acceptable to study with.
