Practice tests for what test? If it's for Oracle, you will need to know more than SQL for the first exam.

Nicole I know I need to know SQL and PL/SQL before I sit for the test. I am looking for some practice test.

Other than the mini-tests Oracle provides for free on their web site, I am not aware of any free practice tests for 1Z0-001. STS sells a good practice test for $99, and I believe Transcenders also has one for sale, but I haven't used it.

There's also a not-very-good practice test that comes with the Application Developer Exam Guide from Oracle Press -- it's probably the same one that's in the DBA book for the first exam.

Hi Nicole

You can go to Oracle's Website - www.oracle.com, browse to the education/certificate page where you can get information on whatever Oracle track you want to go for, and the candidate guidelines gives you a syllabus of topics to read for when preparing for the any of the exams.

This is what I used, and they are very useful.
