| I have a question regarding Application Developer, Oracle Developer Rel. 2 and Internet Application Developer, Oracle Forms
Developer Rel. 6/6i. I wanted to take the Rel 6/6i exams but someone told me that it is better to take the Rel. 2 exams, since once you pass all 5 exams, you get an auto upgrade to Rel 6/6i. This gives you two certifications.
I wanted to confirm how true is this? And if some one has taken both exams, could you please tell me how hard and different is Rel.2 compared to Rel. 6/6i
Thanks

| I too get confused at all these different track versions.
From what I gather when I read some material from the Oracle Web site, I just see information on Release 2 track exams. There is a note that says:
"Effective November, 2000 - all successful Rel. 2 Application Developer candidates will be automatically upgraded to Oracle Certified Internet Application Developer Rel. 6/6i when they complete the Rel. 2 track requirements."
I hope this helps!
