| Got 60 questions/90 minutes. Got 80% and needed 68% to pass.
All in all, if you look at my previous post you'll know what I said about what I used to study(PM Admin guide and used citrixperience test questions). A word of advice that still rings true---most of the questions were from courseware material only. The others you could get rather easily from reading the Admin guide. The courseware/class is the way to go. I only took the e-course 1320AW for renewing my CCA. The questions are easy I would assume if you take the course but I found it a moderately difficult test for Citrix since study material is sparse to say the least. Glad it's over. | |

| Hi,
i have to renew my ccea to. do you have any hints for me? i hope that when the next version is out they decide to make the renewal process a bit more "smooth"

and thanks for the information ! I´m going to read the Admin Guide and check out Citrixxperience. I´ve used them before for my CCEA, it was ok except for exam 962. But first of all, it is necessary for me to get familiar with Presentation Server 3.0  | |

| 962 was the second IT exam that I did not pass on my first attempt. The funny thing is that I work with Webinterface / NFuse and Secure Gateway in a production environment almost every day. So be sure to know your stuff ... and good luck, too. | |

| I took the exam a few days ago, and i failed, i get 68%
I think is not an easy exam, there were some questions that i was not able to response even after the exam,
for example how to round robin cda servers?
I used the admin guide and the course book, also i check the metaframe secure access manager in a box (A free ebook).
I will take the exam again soon,i hope pass it. |
