question about registry file

| Quick question.
I came accross it in my exam which unfortunately I failed by 8%. I have booked it again for Tuesday next week.
--
It said something like if you are making a registry change with packager then which directory must have the registry file in it?
root directory
project directory
directory containing Packager
directory containing batch file
any help appreciated.

| I studied using the the following:
-Syngress CCA book
-Citrix Metaframe Technical design book
-Administrator’s Guide - Load Manager for MetaFrame XP with Feature Release 3.
Before the exam I also used a testking product except I bought it from test-king by mistake, the wrong testking site.. dope.. 
It turned out usefull anyway..
I got a few questions on the load evaluators such as if they the default one`s can be changed or copied etc..
I also got alot of questions on the program neighborhood menu`s. I would recomend knowing the options in most of the menu`s.
