CCA 221 Exam Material

| I was due to take the CCA 220 exam but now that it has been retired I have to take the CC 221 exam but I am unable to find any training material for this exam (exam cram, etc..) I have read the Sybex book for 220 but can anybody help with material for 221 ?

| The admin guide should be in a pdf on the Metaframe CD - good luck trying to get hold of that. I see the exam (221) covers Metaframe FR2. I have FR1 and FR3 (eval copies) but cannot get a FR2 eval copy. Any ideas ???
