Opening HTML Attachment in CItrix Published Outlook Results in IE Launching To Home P

Dear fellow Citrix admins,

Wonder anybody got this problem. When you open a HTML file in Citrix Published Outlook, IE will launch and open the system default home page instead.

There is a MS Article KB290751 which acknowledges this problem and gives the steps to remedy this situation via regedit.

It doesn't seem to work though. Has anyone here resolved this problem successfully?
