| Dear everyone:
I passed the Citrix exam (1Y0-218) in 8, Aug, 2003. But I still haven't receive any CCA certificate. Does anyone have information? Thanks for everyone suggestion. | |

| From the Citrix Certification website:
Q: I have not received my CCA or CCSP Certificate and/or Welcome Kit.
A: Prometric is responsible for sending CCA and CCSP certificates and welcome kits. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your certificate within this timeframe, please contact Prometric directly at fulfillment@prometric.com or by calling 1-800-481-EXAM (North America). |
