| Where can you get an evaluation version of Citrix? I need to test some software on it, and am having trouble locating an eval. Can you get it through a reseller, or directly from Citrix?
thanks!

| You should be able to get it from either a re-seller or Citrix.
...I suggest that you directly contact Citrix.
Go to: http://www.citrix.com/contact/sales.asp
OR
http://www.citrix.com/partners/csn/buycitrix.asp
for your region's contact information.
I went this route after contacting 2 Canadian Citrix resllers and received no replies. I complained to Citrix Canada's Sales Office and received my evaluation copy the next day.

| A friend of mine heads computer security for Citrix. I am calling him. I didn't want to waste his time getting a demo cd, but crap if I can't get anyone to call me back, I might as well! I will follow up with feedback.....

| It seems the URLs that I included in my first post have been redirected to more general information pages. As I couldn't find the old contact information, I called Citrix (1-800-424-8749, chose the 2nd option) and requested an evaluation copy.
The customer representative took my contact information and reasons for requesting a copy. She said that I should hear from someone within 2 business days and that if I did not hear from someone at Citrix by Monday, May 12, then I should give them a call to escalate my request. Most importantly, she gave me an Incident/Tracking number.
I asked the rep if she would be sending me the evaluation copy and she said "No" and that my request would be forwarded to the appropriate person.
I'll keep you apprised on how my request progresses.

| I called Citrix yesterday as well and was sent to someone's voicemail. I left a message, and I had a message in my voicemail this morning from a sales manager from my area, and I emailed him my information, and he is going to send me an evaluation version. Anyone have any idea on how long evals last? | |

| I believe the evaluation period is 90 days.
