Citrix CCA, CCEA - wfica.exe error

I have a couple of users that when they go to prinmt from one particular app it generates an wfica.exe error. It then closes the citrix session. I have already tried to reinstall the client. Didn't work. Any ideas?

I have had this problem twice. One time uninstalling the client and then install the newest version fixed the problem (just a reinstall didn't work). the other time I was not able to figure it out. the problem went away when the person got a new PC.
