Ms Word 97 Problem! Need Help!!!

| Hello Everybody,
I encountered an error message displays intermittently when i tried to access the word 97. " Word can not open exixting document []". I used Metaframe 1.8 for WinNT 4.0 Terminal Server. Install service pack 2 and FR1. Update to Service PAck 5 but still error occurs. I just followed the procedure in installing office 97 which i found in Citrix Knowledge base. Did i miss anything? Any idea on how to solve the problem? |
