I thought the Total Sem series from Mike Meyers was as good as anything else that I came across. If you're on a budget and looking for practice questions to test your current knowledge base, try Arlanatech. After taking the test I was surprised how far a general grasp of the concepts will get you on this test(I thought A+ was more 'quick answer' oriented). There are plenty of scenario questions that test your problem solving ability, so you definitely don't want to just memorize test questions.
Best of luck!

Believe it or not, I thought the MS Press book for Network+ was pretty good.
