Hi

I am looking to start to learn about Oracle. Over the next year our company is going to be using Oracle more and more. I currently admin AD/NT/SQL servers, but have absolutely no experience with Oracle.
Can anyone recommend some good literature for someone who knows absolutely nothing about it.
