O'Reilly has a lot of good Unix books. They have one product called "Unix CD Bookshelf" which includes 6 Unix books on one CD and a paperback copy of "Unix in a Nutshell". This costs a lot less then buying the paper versions plus it's easier to carry around and is searchable. I got this about a week ago and the two books I've looked at so far ("Unix in a Nutshell" and "Unix Powertools") are very usefull. You'll probably want to also get at least one Solaris specific book but I don't have enough experience with Solaris to be able to recommend any books that cover more then the basics.

Essential UNIX Administration is the best I've found for reference. It covers just about all the flavors of UNIX. It's a pretty healthy book.
