VB & MCSD books..............

| anyone know of any good visual basic books? I know the basics of VB and have been trying to build as many mock projects as i can to develop my experience. I have even built a quotation calculating program for my parents company which used multi-demensional arrays, called from text files and performed somewhat complex(for my current level) calculations.
I am looking for a book that I can use to build on my current skill level. Something that deals with OOP, vb with databases, etc etc But something that doesn't dive in too deep really quickly.
The first VB book i read was john smiley's learn to program. I'm not sure if his other books will be too basic and whether i should go for a wrox book (which seem not to explaim things like Smiley - regardless of the author). Thats just what I've gathered from their other books I have read.
any ideas guyz/galz????????? | |
