Hi,

Last year I did 9 MS Exams most of them expired this year except for SQL7 and IE5.
I would like to know since I have done 2 exams for SQL 7 and IE5 I wont need to take 2 Electives to get my MCSE 2000? So I just have to do my 70-240 exam and then 1 other core exam? What core exam are most of you doing? I think it's Designing Security or Designing Networks and the other is Designing Active Direcoty.

I am using MS Press books to prepare for the 70-240 exam, I am hoping to write the exam 1st week of October.

Thank
Trevor

Hello AndyC,

How are you doing? Do you have anything that works for a Win2K headache?

Still plugging along, but many outside responsibilities tend to hinder the most effective use of my study time. I guess that I don't have to tell you about that one!

Hey, by the way, did you see my PM response to yours a while back?

Take care for now. Boy, I can't wait till I have to decide on which design exam to take!

I have the 2 SQL 7 exams behind me also
Although I don`t put my MCDBA on my resume hehe "someone might expect me to work with it and I like pure networking"
I still use them for my electives.
I went with Designing a win2K network infrastructure I had heard it was difficult
Certification magazine rated it 9 out of 10 for difiulty in an article.
but it was definitaly do-able.
I made 833 on it.
I scheduled 70-240 for the 21st of sept.
