I passed the 240 after about 30 hours of study. The only way to pass this test is to know Win2k inside and out. Theory alone won't cut it. You HAVE to have hands-on.

I used my hands-on experience (I've deployed Win2k and AD in an Enterprise environment) and Transcender exams.
