| For NT you must have a computer account in the domain. For Win9x no computer account is necessary. You must be a member of a group with permissions to add computers to the domain and then change the workgroup membership to a domain membership. BTW this question doesn't belong in this category. | |

| First step : Create a computer account in server manager of winnt PDC
second step : Go to the Workstation. Network neighbourhood properties, identification , enter the domain name then press ok.
For Win95/98 no need of computer name. |
