| I pleaded to reschedule (I wasn't sick till the morning of the test) but they wouldn't do it.
Oddly enough this is my 3rd design exam and I got my highest score on this one. I came home and just now woke up (17 hours later).
Took me just over 2 hours.... no new case studies, still the ones that come up on the many practice exams out there.
Overall I am just happy to get my last exam done. I was tired of seeing jobs requiring the MCSE cert (while Cisco has been my interest) so I figured I would sidetrack (took me 6 weeks to take 7 exams) and get the MCSE done. I knew much of the subject matter (well maybe not Network Intrastructure) already it was just a matter of going over material again and preparing for the actual test.
Thanks again group. The lurking I did here proved invaluable.
Oh, why was I nuts and took all 3 design exams? Well, to learn anything about the other electives would require me to study completely new material and it would take me longer to pass. I have now experience with SQL server or ISA server and a little with Exchange server and proxy server. It would take me weeks to prepare for just 1 of those exams. I took the "easy" way out in taking tests concerning material I was already quite knowledgeable about.
later all, 2 months break (my wife is pleading me to have a normal life again for a few weeks) and back to Cisco.
