| Hey all...passed the 70-217 last Friday. A lot of questions on DNS, GPO's and how they're filtered, Block Inheritance and No Overide, OU permissions and how nested OU's are affected by GPO's, How to link GPO's. 3 or 4 questions on why RIS doesn't work. FSMO roles and how the effects on users when PDC emulator, Domain Naming Master are offline. Make sure you know how to do authoritative restore of AD (ntdsutil)
2 more tests to get my MCSE. I"ll probably do SQL server as my other elective.
Onward to 70-219!!! | |

Congratulations!!!
You'll probably see a lot of FSMO rules in 219. Study hard, it's a tough one.
P.S. Do you got your signature from the fortunes messages of linux boxes? There's a lot of Mark Twain quotes there, by the way it's a good one.

I got the quote from a painting which I saw in my client's office. For some reason, it just stuck to me--It's a good creed to live by I think.
