I am unsure about remote installation

Here's my imaginery problem

I have 20 computers same specs, with no OS installed. How do I install, XP Pro for example, using a computer running Server 2000? Do I use RIPrep or Sysprep, with a 3rd party software? Do I use an answer file and where do I place it?

I am sure there are guys out there who will find this easy but I need to know fully how to do this

Computers with the same specs would be candidates for imaging with sysprep. Computer with different specs would be deployed with RIS.

RIS requires answer files. Answer files with syspre are optional.
