Apparently, there was a bit of change in the questions database and the test now has 43 questions. On the MS website, you can see that they say they added new types of question styles(like drag and drop and things like that), but I didnt get any of those new styles in my exam last weekend.
Basically, nothing has changed too much. If you're ready, youwont have any problems.
