Ok, I don't have a clue , abt what's the 'WT' stands for ?

And I don't know why is the answer is 'A'.

This question is from the ITexamguides. Quite puzzling and irritating question.

Been busy lately preparing a LAN consisting of 2 Servers as DNS Primary & secondary, 2 workstations one as Win2000 Pro ans the other Win98SE, still short of the Win2k workstation. So didn't quite post lately. Yes, going for the 217 soon, probably will take it next month, then probably do the 219, for 216 probably last.

I'm not sure what WT means either. But as far as site links are concerned they are transitive. So if site A is connected to site B, and site B is connected to site C, then the Knowledge Consistency Checker (KCC) assumes that domain controllers in site A can communicate with domain controllers in site C. Since there aren't multiple site links, the cost really doesn't matter. If you created another link between site A and C, and set the value to <7 then the KCC will choose that over going through site B. Because you have told it that it is cheaper to use that link when replicating. Hopefully I didn't make things more confusing.

The IT people just added the two values making you believe it would be more expensive the travel and farther in length.

Okk, just flipped to the paper for confirmation, Yes indeed there's nothing mentioned abt Washinton. But does 'WT' really stands for 'Washington' ? Only the person who wrote this question knows.
But I think this question is really like a pail or water with many holes. Probably we would all agree to 'move on' to other more interesting question in life.
