| And today's poser is ....
Q70. After you upgrade from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 and promote the domain controllers, the domain controllers may not replicate properly after you restart them. When you run DCDIAG /test:Replications on a domain controller, you may receive an error message. What is the most likely cause of this error?
A. This behaviour may occur if you grant the Access this computer from the network right for the Everyone group before you upgrade the computer. If this is the case, the domain controllers are unable to replicate.
B. This behaviour may occur if you revoke the Access this computer from the network right for the Everyone group after you upgrade the computer. If this is the case, the domain controllers are unable to replicate.
C. This behaviour may occur if you revoke the Access this computer from the network right for the Everyone group before you upgrade the computer. If this is the case, the domain controllers are unable to replicate.
D. A. This behaviour may occur if you grant the Access this computer from the network right for the Everyone group after you upgrade the computer. If this is the case, the domain controllers are unable to replicate.

| Messing around with upgraging as we speak, again a permissions problem so I would have to agree and go with C.

|
| "C" would cause this to happen. | |

| I will choose C as well, because revoking a perimission after an upgrade will probably cause a similar instance for future replications, but if it is done before then AD will not even start out as up-to-date. | |
