And the answer is ....

Correct Answers: A, B, C and D

OUs are the smallest scope to which you can delegate administrative authority (the others are sites and domains). You can give administrators rights to only objects in their own OU while not giving them and domain administrative rights. These rights include creation and deletion of user accounts, management of print queues and file resources as well as many other rights.
