| Hi !
If I have a DC at one site and change the password for a user in a different site, will the password change be replicated immediately to that site ?
Thanks in advance....... | |

| It is my understanding that if a password change takes place, the change is immediately pushed to the PDC Emulator. If the machine holding that role is in a different site, the push takes place anyway without regard to schedules. In order to change this default behavior, a Reg tweak is neccessary. | |

| I thought password replication can take up to 5 mins to replicate to each domain controller, hence 3 domain controllers might take 10 mins to complete replication.

account disable and other kinds of critical changes on the domain are not guided by the replication rules.... are replicated inmediately... |
